Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, USPS delivers your package 2-5 business days in the US and 1-4 weeks for international orders. Our goal is to have your order processed and sent out within 2 weeks or earlier but may be as long as 3 weeks. 

Return/Exchange Policy

Please note that since each item is handmade, small variations may occur in each piece and are not considered defective. In the case that you receive a defective item, please notify us here within 72 hours. Please provide photos of the defect in your email.  Due to the handmade nature of the items, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges or returns. 

All "Oops" items cannot be returned or exchanged for defects. 

Shipping & order info/changes

The customer is responsible for checking the shipping address when placing the order. We are not responsible for any returned packages due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If you made a mistake and need to change your order info, please contact us as soon as possible to make the changes. Once your package is marked as shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
